Rickard Lazenby needed a website that adequately sold both sides of their business – the first to consumers looking for personal financial advice for things like mortgages and pensions; the second were large companies looking to sure up assets under comprehensive multimillion pound insurance policies.

With such a juxtaposition between the corporate and personal world, it made sense to present both paths to the user straight away. It was equally as important though that both paths felt they belonged to the same voice, especially as some pages were shared by both sides of the company.
